My name is Katherine Housh.I am a registered nurse and holistic health coach.
I was diagnosed with a chronic autoimmune disease when I was a teenager and it affected every part of my life: My plans for college and a career, my relationships with friends and family, and my feelings of self-esteem. I was the girl who liked to help others, but I didn’t know how to help myself.
I learned that each of us has the power to affect our own health and happiness.

Here’s how it works.

Each week, you will receive access to a new module with videos, audio recordings, and online articles. These examine the latest research and theories from wellness experts and expand your understanding of the effect genetics, environmental factors, and lifestyle choices have on health and the immune system.
Your downloaded workbook includes weekly assignments, daily journal pages, and custom self-care plans for personal reflection and application. You will record your progress and symptoms to help you stay on track and set new objectives and outline action steps each week.
Every two weeks you will schedule a private coaching session to dig deep with your coach. You will stay in touch with your coach between phone sessions via direct messaging and a confidential client portal to troubleshoot obstacles as they arise.
